Warehouse News
There have been lots of changes at the Warehouse of late with people arriving and departing and it continues. Two long term volunteers, Sandy and Russell, have left for pastures new - they will be missed. On a happier note a warm welcome to Jeff, Louise and John who have all kindly given up their time to work on Reception. If anyone fancies getting more involved with the building and feels they could help continue to move things forward I would be eager to hear from you. Please see the specific adverts in this Action Briefing.
BIG news for the building in a “tell all your friends” kind of way………. The Warehouse Cafe has extended its opening times (see article below). I love Christmas and am very happy to say that the One Earth Shop has new stock in, so lots of present ideas there. Sprocket Cycles has a number of new accessories in stock including lights and various reflective items of clothing, essential now that the nights are drawing in. To promote this, Adrian, the Manager, has generously donated a set of mini LED lights as a very handy prize, small enough to carry round in your pocket and then fit on your bike in seconds. All you have to do to win is answer this question in the box!
Cheers Ears
Tamsin Mosse
How many bike wheels are hanging over the counter of Sprocket Cycles?
Send your answer along with your contact details to Tamsin Mosse (see volunteers' details opposite) by 22nd December.
The first correct entry out of the bag after the closing date wins.
I must make it clear that I will not be bribed with chocolate - you will just have to come to the cycle shop sometime between Wednesday and Saturday 10 am to 4pm and count them yourself I'm afraid.
