Enquiry Venue: Town Hall, Kidderminster.
Given the government's renewed interest in waste matters, this could signal
not only new thinking on incinerators but also attitudes to the planning system,
as the forthcoming green paper on planning could well drive a horse and cart
through the democratic nature of the planning process.
