Well it would've been nice to see some of you at the last 'Beer & Brains' quiz night, we all had a good time anyway and raised around £50 to go towards the NO Birmingham Northern Relief Road Campaign.

The next one will also raise money to go the NO BNRR Campaign and is on Thursday April 23. Same place, the Spotted Dog Alcester Street in Digbeth, time 8.00pm, first question 8.30pm.

Last year I organised a team of workers for the lock-ups at the Glastonbury Festival, which raised over £2,000 for FOE Birmingham. I am organising the same event this year and if you are interested then drop me a line (telephone, write or e-mail beverlyc@dial.pipex.com), and I'll give you more details. The dates for the festival (for FOE B'ham workers) are 23 June to 29 June inclusive.
