Springing into Action

Hello- welcome to the April/May issue of Action Briefing. Spring has officially begun, British Summer Time has clocked on and we've got a Springy A.B. for you. There's a pile of action points to follow in this issue so watch out for them and get active! Dust off that letter writing stationery (full range available from the Warehouse Reception if you've run out, so there's no excuse) and get scribbling, check out the Diary for events (Beer'n'Brains, The AGM, & The Peoples Summit for starters) and get springing into action!

April 1st 1998 sees the 21st Anniversary of Birmingham FOE's occupancy of the Warehouse in Allison Street. That's 21 over years of actions, events and friends (not forgetting that Birmingham FOE was going for over four years before moving here) and we think this is something worthy of a little reflection and celibration. Over the coming year Action Briefing will be taking the opportunity to raid the FOE archives and bring you a few reminders of actions and faces past. In this issue the centre pages are given over to a reproduction of "Three Years at.." which was first published by Birmingham FOE in April 1980. Hope you find it interesting.
