At last - we've managed to finish carpet fitting in the Meeting Room/Corridor, with enough left to (just about!) cover the Resource Room. What a difference it makes! Don't forget that the Meeting Room is available for hire.

New Year often brings changes of tenant. This year Smethwick Energy Action are taking their cavity wall insulation business to larger premises. Energysavers are taking over the bay; they are also, of course, approved installers of cavity wall insulation.

This leaves us with a small office and some storage space still to let. A couple of other tenants may be moving soon as well; so there could be more offices and storage looking for occupiers.

We are currently reviewing the Sales section of our Reception area; asking such questions as, "What should we sell and Why? Can we make it secure?" Comments from past or potential customers are welcome - before the middle of February please.
