It would be useful to know if there is anyone out there who has legal/solicitors skills, that we could call on occasionally. We are prepared to pay for help. For instance, the thing we're working on at the moment is drawing up a proper lease, rather than a contract/licence of occupation for our tenants. Some advice or professional help would be appreciated.
