Technology can be a wonderful thing and email is perfect for this task. Do you have an email address? Would you be happy to receive a small number of messages when we particularly need your help or think you might want to know something urgently...?
This could be a good way for you to remain informed of BFOE's activities and general environmental issues between newsletters - and is also helpful to our campaigns.
Please email us (beep@dial.pipex.com) with your email address and I will send you some more questions about how you would like to be in contact. Rest assured we will not send junk mail!
You don't need to be a paid-up member of Birmingham FOE (although it would be nice if you could be...) - some people turn up every Monday for years without actually parting with any cash (mentioning no names).
If you do not have an email address, you are also welcome to send us a phone or fax number. Such terribly old-fashioned methods are a little more time-consuming and expensive but it would be worth it for your support! We look forward to receiving a flood of enthusiastic emails!
